I went to the ‘Beyond Tomorrow’ TV show’s web site to see what I’d missed and probably got a bit carried away. I sent them some feedback:

“Let me say first of all that I enjoy your show and am a regular viewer. It does remind me a lot of the old Beyond 2000 episodes (and Towards 2000 before that). Unfortunately I have some criticism…

I tend to think $39 per episode is a bit much for only 45 mins. Is this to offset the cost of VHS duplication? If I were Beyond, I’d just offer the episodes in DVD format. Players can be bought for about AU$60 now.

Also, technically you could fit 3 or 4 episodes on a single DVD. The manufacturing, handling and postage costs would then be less if someone ordered say, episodes 2 & 3.

Also, I’m not sure some people trust PayPal with their money, particularly because they are not a bank. You can read more about this at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PayPal .

It also seems odd than Australian TV show that only ships to Australian addresses would use an American service to do their transactions.

Also, your ‘subscription success’ page at http://www.beyondtomorrow.com.au/subscribed.html is blank. It should probably say ‘subscription confirmed’ or similar.
